María José was the teacher who teaches me all that I know about the meat world. Honestly, I didn’t know about this world, only going to the butcher and pointing out what I wanted to buy however, the professor has such a beautiful and special way of imparting all I know about the meat world in her classes. I felt like we were in medical classes, not a morgue. She explains each term, how and where the master cut goes, she helps you understand the class. She speaks with such passion that you start to like it so much, and of course, you’re left wanting more. It’s not enough because you don’t want to wait until tomorrow for the next lesson. I could really go on with a huge list of all the taugh me. She helps you enhance your strengths. She is so intelligent that she can see your strong points and advises on a positive way for you. Highly recommended. If you truly want to take butchery classes, undoubtedly with professor MJG. She enjoys teaching so much that we, their students, enjoyed it even more.
